Midimizer's interface was designed to be straightforward and easy. If you need help, move the mouse around over each icon and look on the bottom right corner of Midimizer for an explination of that button. If you're still stuck on something, navigate with Balloon Help, which gives detailed explinations of each button.
Midimizer has a unique feature which allows you to completley collapse a window by clicking on the large music note in the top-left corner. This collapses the window to just the play controls- play, stop and next. The smaller window also has the current song display, and a popup menu which allows you to jump to the song of your choice.
Solutions to common problems
- Make sure the files you're trying to play are QuickTime MIDI files, not QuickTime Movie files.
- If you have an especially large playlist, give Midimizer a little bit more memory. See Mac OS Help if you're unsure how to do this.
- If Midimizer quits with an error, please be as detailed as possible and report the situation, message and the steps you took to get it to bugs@moonbeam-online.com. We review and try to recreate every bug, and if we find it we will try our hardest to squash it for the next release.
